There are three basic reasons to consider becoming an entrepreneur:Controlling Your Destiny. This is usually the greatest motivator to the path of self employment. Entrepreneurs can plan their business activities around their personal commitments. The entrepreneur can prioritize for themselves rather than have a boss dictate terms. Entrepreneurs make decisions based on how important they feel a business activity may be, not how important some else believes the activity may be. An entrepreneur works for their own goals, not for others. This right is the greatest reward of Entrepreneurship.Independence from SupervisionEntrepreneurs answer to many people including customers, vendors and lenders. But these relationships are based on partnering, not supervising. This difference allows for creativity and growth. This difference subordinates stress and pressure.Achieving Great ProfitsThe first two reasons are guaranteed. Profits are not. Entrepreneurs take risk to achieve significant profits. At the same time the entrepreneur recognizes that may incur loss. Profits are the most difficult objective to achieve and often take considerable time to realize. The new business must be properly researched and planned. This increases the odds for greater success.Questions to Ponder for the Entrepreneur:1) Do you give up on your favorite team when it is behind late in the game? The entrepreneur must be determined and not give up easily.2) Are you curious about the origins and ending points of rivers? Entrepreneurs are constantly curious looking for better ways to be creative.3) Do others look to you for leadership during critical times? This role requires self confidence.4) Are you constantly adjusting your goals as you work towards a long term objective? Entrepreneurs tend to strive for new heights.5) o you consult with others on most decisions? Ultimately the decisions are up to the entrepreneur only.6) Do you tend to daydream? Entrepreneurs are dreamers but they are based on reality.7) Do routine tasks make you restless? Entrepreneurs are action-orientated goal seekers.8) Are you stubborn? A certain amount of stubbornness comes with determination.9) Do you like yourself? Confidence comes from within. Good leadership stems from self-assuredness.10) Is making money your only goal in starting a business? For a true entrepreneur the satisfaction of building your own successful business ranks higher than making money. The Center for Entrepreneurial Management cites the following characteristics as common among entrepreneurs:1) Many are children of self employed parents.2) Many are descendants of parents or godparents who immigrated to the U.S.3) Many were enterprising in their youth.4) Many are the oldest child.5) The majority state their prime reason for starting a business was to be on their own.For more coaching tips, go to www.YourTupperwareOnline.com. Quite briefly, I’d like to tell you that I’ve been a private investigator for over twenty years and recently retired, up to a point. I want to tell you about the possibilities of a private investigator business opportunity, exactly what that means and then you can decide whether or not a private investigator business opportunity is the right choice for you.I will direct you to the best sites for getting started in a private investigator business opportunity and those that are a complete waste of time. Unfortunately I’ve not yet got round to writing my own definitive guide, but it will come, and what a bombshell that will be.All of the big firms rarely use in-house staff to effect their briefs. They’ve got to the top, don’t want to compromise themselves and in any case have no idea, for example, how to trace a money laundering racket across the world. Well that’s fine and you could go try getting a job with such an outfit but you’ll still just be a salesman with little knowledge of how things are done at the sharp end.Want to know how to blag someone’s account details from a bank, any bank, anywhere in the world? I’ll be telling you and the site I direct you to will develop and tell you too. There may be a small charge; I don’t know yet. There is so much rubbish out there about private investigators and a private investigator business opportunity. Most private investigators have little or no idea what they are doing; I know because there have been many times I have subcontracted to investigators and didn’t pay them diddly because that’s what they did.Okay, the big money is in money tracing and I’ll tell you how to do it. But I started off doing surveillance and serving court papers and the both of those can be great fun at times. I used to think that private investigations was pretty much like any other job, but it really is not.A private investigator business opportunity is like no other. But please learn before you leap. Fine, take a look at the courses on offer, some of which I’m sure are great in their own way. But once completed, please take a look at mine. It’ll be cheap and it will give you the insider knowledge preserved by just a few hundred people across the globe. Forget the Krolls etc. of this world; I promise you they know nothing and employ people like me who can actually produce results. Yep, it’s not always an easy job and can often be dangerous but it might just be for you.

Credit policies need to be set to protect yourself from non-payment. If you make sure you have clear credit policies from the start you will reduce your risk of nonpayment. To do this there are a few simple rules you should follow:Rules For Credit PoliciesWith every written credit policy, include two or three sentences that explain credit is granted subject to credit approval. This way if you grant credit you always leave yourself an out if they refuse to give you a credit application, the credit application is incomplete, or you do a credit check on them and they have horrendous credit. You MUST be able to refuse credit.Insist on getting a deposit check with the credit application. This credit policy allows you to assess ability and willingness to pay by making sure the check does not bounce.Your credit policy must ensure you get a complete reference and credit check for each applicant. If you are dealing with brand new businesses that do not have a credit history then your credit policy should maintain that these contracts are done with a credit card. Don’t take the chance. When establishing your credit policy make sure you do to the reference checks. You’d be amazed at some of the things that come back.Last rule for credit policies; be really conservative with your lines of credit. You can always extend lines of credit, but you can’t cut lines of credit without damaging the relationship. Start low and end high. The Bottom Line on Credit PoliciesCredit polices are set for your protection. Granting credit is a client convenience but ultimately you only want clients that pay you. When you establish your credit policies make sure you cover off these simple rules. They will ensure you get paid and that you remain in business long enough to grant lots of worthy credit.Copyright MMI-MMVI, Computer Consulting 101.
